Does anyone have any experience using this vendor? I ordered a set of window visors on Thursday and paid for Priority 2 day shipping and haven’t heard anything back yet. I sent him an email, but haven’t received a response.

They are a vendor here on CL and are reputable dealer in California. However, they haven't responded to my email I sent 2 days ago. Odd.

Could be they don't operate on weekends.

I hope so. I get a little suspicious when I don’t here anything about shipping after several days. A lot of shady people out there and they make it bad for everyone.

My experience was it took about 2-3 business days for them to contact me in addition to them not working weekends. Shopping was sloooooooww but customer service was top notch.

If they have to order the parts from Japan, there's going to be a delay.

Sent two more emails and no response back. In my opinion this is a very unprofessional way to conduct business. My order was placed April 5th. If there is a delay in shipping, the professional thing is to let the customer know.

I ordered a steering wheel emblem inlay from Nigel JDM Parts. It was delivered to the wrong zip code/city. I contacted them directly, no response. Then I opened a case in pay-pal several days later they finally respond and said we provided paypal with the details.

Paypal ended up issuing me a full refund a week later since I never received the item and it was delivered to some random address, not the one I provided.
I contacted them again after paypal ruled the case in my favor and they they still said the same thing "We provided the info to PayPal".

I would just avoid that vendor and find someone else that actually cares about their customers.

They still have not responded to my emails from ages ago. This sucks...! I hope you guys the best of luck. Can't believe a vendor would be so unprofessional.

I'd open a pay-pal case if they don't response this week. This person should not be a vendor on Club Lexus treating their customers like this.

We were on holiday and your item is special order from Japan which usually take 4-8 weeks.
We saw your dispute and we refunded via PayPal.
