Totally guessing here but I would assume it's not possible. In our '15 GS, the instrument cluster is controlled with a single "DISP" button on the wheel that cycles through only a few various information screens whereas our '18 GS has a 4 way d-pad switch with enter/select button which is used to switch between a much more complex set of menus. For this reason it's likely that they're not compatible but again, just a guess on my part.
