Is it possible to dyno an AWD GS on a 2WD dyno?

My previous awd vehicle had a fuse you could pull which would allow you to dyno it in 2wd mode. Looking at the GS I see there is something called a transmission wire for transfer that plugs into the transfer case, but I can't find out what it is for?
Has anyone been able to dyno an awd GS on a 2wd dyno?
Thanks

If I can't disconnect the torque distribution to the front wheels, I would not be able to get meaningful numbers, but if I could the split would be 0/100 and the values would be close enough.
In my R35 I can pull the front driveshaft to do this, in the vehicle the GS was a replacement for (Focus RS), I could pull a fuse to make the torque split 0/100.

You would have to look in the owners manual to see if there is a "tow mode" or something similar. My old Celica GT4 had a "dyno mode" where you flipped a switch on the t-case to disengage the rear axle. It was suggested for dyno maintenance only.
