Hello, I own a 2018 gs350 f-sport and I noticed a creaking sound up front from the suspensions over speed bumps and at low speeds if I turn the steering back and forth, I am taking the car in saturday, but I was wondering if anybody had a similar issue and I can use that in the dealership.
thanks

I think that one has a design flaw and makes a lot of noise. Mine was replaced for free under warranty with the new one-piece design and now all noises are gone.

Curious to know what types of issues are caused by the 2-piece rotors? I have them on both of our GS F-Sports and no noises/creaks. One has 55k miles, the other has 5k.

On my 14 GS with those rotors, it creaks at low speed, especially when turning the wheel. On my 18 RC with the same rotors, it creaks every time I come to a stop and rolling slow like when trying to find a parking spot. It's loud and embarrassing but the car stops fine.

Update, the car was at Lexus dealership Saturday. I told them about the problem. Lexus adviser tried to call the tech to hear the issue before they work on it, never came. I also asked them not to wash the car because I am OCD and they use some huge wooden brush and i had problems them scuffing my previous car. After 6 hours car they call me told me car was fixed 30min before they close on Saturday, I went to get the car asked them what they did, they said the car had excessive glaze on rotors so they cut the rotors resurface the pads. I didn't realize you can resurface the pads. The car has 2500 miles no way has that much glaze, anyways I asked how the cutting will affect life of the rotors and pads they told me not a lot. Also they washed my car even doe I told them 5 times and they didn't fix the issue. So then I told them they didn't fix anything. So adviser called the tech he came and he is like I thought you meant squeaking noise I was like i never said squeaking I said creaking. So he heard the sounds said sounds like suspension issue, so the car is there. I am waiting to call the service manager. Because I don't like the fact that they cut my rotors and how it will affect the wear mileage. Should I ask them to put the new pads and rotors?
