Help needed! 2013 GS350 Fsport VS 2015 Acura TLX V6 Tech Pacakge

I had a 2015 TLX V6 AWD with the tech package, the transmissions on those cars are junk. My car was very jerky when it shifted from 2nd gear to third. And of course dealer couldn’t replicate it. If you have your heart set on a TLX look at a 2016 at the minimum.
I have had 2 TLs, a TLX and a Honda Accord but till Honda gets their **** together, I am done with them

I personally know three people with a 2015 TLX that either had it lemoned because the transmission or they sold it. Also aside from all the pros of the GS the GS your looking at will still come with a bit of powertrain warranty since it’s a 6year/70K warranty even if not certified
GS 100%. It’s just a superior car in every way, biased or not

Another thing is the TLX Tech does NOT have Ventilated Seats. This is by far my favorite option in the GS. I live in Texas, it's nice to have ventilated seats, especially when you first get in the car.
Also, I had to replace the battery twice in 2 years, once with aftermarket, once with OEM battery. The last time the battery died, it left my wife and baby stranded on the hwy, the engine shut off and she was barely able to get to the side of the road. It was not a good ownership experience, which left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. The worst part was, I tried to stick with it for 2 years, and hated it every time I drove it knowing that I'd be upside down if I got rid of it during that period. It was a huge relief when I got to the point where I only lost a little money to get rid of it. I will not touch another Acura no matter how good a deal is out there.
That's my person experience. The likelihood of you having the same bad luck with the TLX is probably pretty slim.
