A/C Vents Not Working

A/C Vents Not Working
Hello All. I just noticed something last night. The front A/C vents are not blowing at all. When I put my hand in front of them, I can feel a cool sensation (the vent themselves are cold to the touch), but no wind is blowing. However, the rear vents are blowing really well into the back seat. So there's definitely something going on. No accidents, etc. Just driving the car.
Hope to get some help.

perhaps just cycle the different vent settings on the system. It seems the vent louvre that adjusts which setting to open is stuck. I have a 1series with the same issue. I have to just move the dial slightly every time after I start to move the vent back to open. It closes when I switch the vehicle off but does not adjust back from that position once I start. Will be a pain in the GS though as they are controlled via the screen

You may have a bad blower motor or no power getting to the motor. I'm not sure how many motors we have in the 4GS, maybe someone else can chime in on that...
As Jtkotze mentioned, you could try to cycle through each air flow setting.
You can do this via the physical button located near the radio console (to the right of the S-Flow button shown below). Also, the combination of S-Flow mode and your air flow setting may make it feel like there is little or no air coming through...its definitely worth a shot before a more technical investigation that may require a mechanic/service department.

Alexhorne1 - This thread is over a year old.
I'm curious, are you asking about it because you happen to have the same problem?

What happens when you manually cycle through all of the various vent modes?
Sometimes the vent servos get lost or stuck.
See this thread for more.

This happen to me on my 2017 with only 21k miles on it. No air flow from any of the dash vents, only flow coming from foot, rear and defroster vents. Turned out they had to replace 6 of the servo motors..all bad, lucky my car was under warranty if not it would have cost me $1700..The part that sucks now is I have a rattle coming from the dash ever since they had to tear it apart and have taken back 2 times and "Technician cannot reproduce"
