Thanks everyone! It's definitely RWD. California meet soon???
Yeah, the residual value is much lower than on the '15, which makes the lease payment a lot higher. But I plan to buy this one at the end, so it makes sense.

Seems weird that the residual is lower, if they plan to discontinue the GS. Thinking I may keep my '16 at the end of my lease in 2 years. Horrible decision to discontinue the GS. Oh well, I guess.

Looking great, congratulations!
I would advise against tinted tails though.

Apparently, the 2014-2015s were coming back at lease end with residuals of $32-34k, and a blue book value of $26-28k so no one was buy them. I was going to buy my '15 but that was the issue. An identical car was on the lot for $30k, with less miles and CPO. I opted to take the higher lease payment and likely will buy this one.

Nice ride and color combination! Do you have plans on maybe lowering it to lessen the wheel gap? I just took delivery on mine yesterday (7/8) Atomic Silver/Rioja Red. The first thing I did the following day was to get it tinted 30% shade all around using ceramic film. I'm down for some Cal meet soon. I'm in San Diego...

I have the twin to yours with the same options. 18 Caviar/Red. 4k miles so far and loving it.

I went with leasing the vehicle since they have $4000 rebate on the GS 350 and the sales person applied more discount like his employee discount, etc. My total Capitalized Cost reduction came up to $6,739.70. Lease payment is $535, 3 years 36K miles. Residual value after 3 years is $28,480. I traded my '15 ES 350 but had positive equity on the vehicle so I received cash back which I was glad I did :-)
I already ordered the RS-R springs today and I'm done.. LOL... Those are my usual mods (tint and springs to lessen the wheel gap). I hope to meet other GS owners here in San Diego for a meet and greet type...btw, this is my 4th Lexus.

What happens if you return the lease with the RS-R springs? I would love to see it when you're done!

DP is $3K. Well, even though it is a lease vehicle, I'm still willing to spend a little to make it look/feel good in my eyes since I am stuck with it for the next 3 years. So, tinting the windows and lowering it is not a big deal. I can always remove the springs and replace with stocks when time comes. Anyway, they were charging me $695 for the Ibex paint treatment and $595 for body side moldings but I was able to have both items waived (free). What was your Capitalized Cost total and down payment?
