That is definitely not good. The Lexus Certified Collision Centers pride themselves in doing such a remarkable job of repairing and painting that it is practically all but undetectable that the vehicle was damaged. I do not blame you for demanding it be redone, and done right this time.

I took my car to Auto Center of Des Plaines after someone hit me in the rear. They did an amazing job, got me a new bumper and matched the Ultra White color perfectly. So a local trusted shop would probably work, of course quality and work may vary by shop. That shop used all OEM from lexus so im very happy.

Car dealerships do NOT do body repair -- they referred you to another organization and wash their hands if it goes wrong

Do your own research and see if you can get word of mouth referrals from reputable local sources (yelp, independent garages)
