I got my F Sport because of the look of it mainly haha.

I'm even toying with the idea of a 2018 Camry XSE V6 with the red interior. I don't know if that would be considered a "downgrade" going to a Camry from a GS.
I test drove the 2018 XSE V6 with all possible options before ultimately buying my GS because I was intrigued by the look and all the new features. I would consider this a very close equivalent to the 2006 IS350 I drove. Had the same firm ride, a little compact inside, but refined enough to feel like it wasn't anywhere near an entry level car. I wouldn't consider it a true downgrade, but it was a lot of money for a Camry, and that's one thing I wouldn't ever be able to wrap my head around.

I had the exact same experience. I loaded up the V6 camry and took it for a test drive. It was a good enough drive for me to daily it and include the wife. Then I realized I'd be paying almost $40k out the door for a camry. Couldn't do it. Salesman suggested I look at the Avalon but my dad owns 2 Avalons, so no. Went to drive an ES and GS, convinced wife that she could daily our other car, and bought the CPO GS for $33k.

Waste of money, unless something is bad on your 2013 or really pissing you off.... (eg, like you sucked for the wrong color or something) otherwise you're paying tons of cash just to move sideways.

This thing is a monster!

Sadly my GS350 is going to be for sale pretty soon.

It appears you are just in a mood to get something to get something (all over the board). These moods are general expensive if you do go for it, and the feeling of a new or used car wears off within a few months. You are then left with the same, "what can I get next" feeling. Process repeats. Try to be happy with what you have. Nothing wrong with the current GS you have. I'd hold on to it until an all-new model arrives. Only then will it really be any sort of upgrade.

As great as the ISF was back then... fast forward to now and it's a downgrade from the GS. Yes the ISF packs more ponies, but that's about it.

California has the the good deals on the GS's haha. I just don't like that the cars from Cali usually have holes on their front bumpers. I'm too OCD for that haha. Luckily AZ doesn't have a front plate law.
You can fill those holes in, I believe they make little caps for them too. I just got a GS350 and unfortunately it has those stupid holes too but mine is black so they don't really show up until you get right next to it. I will fill them in or use the caps. My dad when he bought his car new made the dealership replace the entire front bumper because the one they gave him had holes drilled in it and he told them he did not want one with holes in it. They were not too happy when he told them he would not take the car with the holes or they needed to give him a big discount.

Yeah the ISF interior doesn't compare to the GS350.

Thanks! I do love it! it's so much fun!
But now the buyer's remorse is settling in haha. I wishI could keep both cars but the GS has to go.
Or maybe the ISF will have to go soon.

Your dad sure knows how to stick it to them. I really don't like front license plate holes.

hey I'm new here and wanted to add a comment I too was about to get an ISF but was glad to have gotten the GS350 fsport and this car was made to compete with some 8 cylinder cars out there plus I love the handling and stock tires and all the features =)
