Default Clutching the gas pedal on the GS350 2012.

Hello. I from Russia use the translator. I offer my apologies for this. If somewhere is not the correct English. I ask for your help because I can not find the answer. Faced such problem as sticking the gas pedal.
The fact is that when you touch or slowly go or at the intersection when you press the gas it fails, you have to sharply release the gas and then press it and only then you go.
And this is aroused by the winter when it's cold.
there is nothing wrong with errors.
And I noticed that when there is no pedal heat on the street, there is no pedal. two weeks went quietly. Last night, the pedal was cool again.
Tell me where to climb, what to do? Can anyone come across

WOW this is a hard one , how cold is it were you are?? could be pedal actuator fault or throttle body. How many miles on car is it coolant related, eg has GS got a coolant line running through the TB good luck

What kind of break pads do you have? Are they regular ones from the factory or did you buy them from a third party?
