Default fuse relays

Does anyone know what fuses are live all the time and which ones cut off? I tried testing them with a multimeter but some of them were still live like the sunroof when the car was off so wasn’t sure if it cut off at 30 min? Trying to use an add a fuse for 20a and not sure which to piggy back off of. The truck has plenty they will work but no clear idea of how to get something from the trunk fuse box to the interior somewhere.

The one right under the driver foot well provides power all the time in the empty slots. I use that for my dash camera. Under the hood I'm not sure, but if you are under the hood, just hardwire directly to the battery if needed.

Not sure if this will help you, but I used the auto wipers fuse under the dash for adding a fuse to hardwire my radar detector. It cuts off right away when the car is turned off.
