If you mean the puddle lights for the mirrors, there's a thread that discusses this in depth and a whole lot of options for bulbs. It's a T10 bulb. I used the T10 Putco flank bulb (bought from xenondepot), but there are plenty of other options.
In case this helps, here's the thread for replacing the puddle light along with the bulbs that several folks used: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...light-led.html

Just my opinion, i could never get the mirror back in place correctly. It would shake a lot when driving after doing this mod, maybe i did something wrong but in retrospect, I was better off not doing it though it does look more up-to-date at night.

I got the dealer to replace the passenger side one under warranty by playing ignorant but they didn't bite for the driver side and yes, it absolutely does drive me crazy. It reminds me how much of an idiot I was to do it. It even shakes when playing music.

I had the same problem when I did this on my 2IS. Someone suggested taking the mirror apart, and when snapping back into place they said to start at the top, make sure you hear the snap, then do the bottom. Surprisingly it worked. I did that same process on my 2013 GS when I replaced them a few years ago and had no issues. Maybe worth a shot. But yea, I'm with you. Would drive me crazy to have it shake and rattle.
