My wife was setting up the Enform Remote app on her new 2018 GS350 F yesterday, the app instructed her to push SOS to get an Activation Code if it had not been received by email. Since she had not received an email after requesting it more than once so she pushed the SOS. She said she heard the system dial but no one came on the line however there was a Deputy in our driveway within a couple minutes. We decided to to follow the instructions and called the Lexus Support. The guy who helped up said that the instructions are correct for 2017 and earlier models BUT the 2018 SOS is active as soon as it rolls off the boat and should not be pushed for activation. He helped walk through updating the system and was very professional, 10/10.

The SOS works as advertised....
