Plus they provided a 167 high res photos of the car and also specifically show all of the issues noted in the photos. Definitely feel that is was a well spent $150. The also take photos of the paint meter so you the thickness of the paint so you know no body work was done, pretty thorough.

That's a great report - also the salesperson makes a lot more sense by stating that it wasn't certified initially because of its status as a loaner car/low mileage/remaining original warranty.
My only hang up would be not being able to drive it myself. If i really wanted it, I'd hop on a flight or long drive down to get the chance to drive it myself, buy it in person, and then drive it home

Following up with an update. I ended up flying down yesterday morning, got to the dealership at 9 am. Made the deal at $35,574 including the L certification. Drove it home the 1180 miles, took about 17 hrs. I am now the proud owner of a 16 GS 350. It drove great and really enjoyed the 18 way seats and radar cruise. Made the long trip much more bearable. Cleaned it inside and out and looks great. There are couple minor cosmetic blemishes, all but two I was able to polish out.

This was my first time driving the GS with the luxury wheels as I could never find one close to me. I’ve driven several f-sports with the 19” wheels. The 19” wheels ride much better than I thought they would. I have 17” on my ES350 and on the ES board everyone says the 18” wheels ride harsh on the ES and I was concerned about the 19” on the GS but it is a non-issue.
