I would start your search and look for another GS if I were you.
I’d second this. But add GS FSport

Glad you are okay! That Lux package 2013 450h looks mighty tempting, the only thing holding me back is that it's a 2013

Wow. I saw the pics this morning from the other thread you posted in. Man that's a tough hit. Glad all involved are ok.
Maybe another GS? The updated RLX looks pretty nice and its a larger car than the GS if more room is a desire. Second thought, that will be outside your posted budget. Maybe Infiniti Q70?. Naw ,had 1 and you see where I am. Full circle to the GS. Maybe 1 with options you didn't have 1st time around.
Either way, good luck on your search.

Right there... My first thought... 2015 w/Lux pkg.
2nd thought... another 2015 with a few more options I didn't have, for $27-30K
3rd thought... get a 2016, if I can find one $30-32K, I'm golden.
4th... 2013/2014 LS460, $35K OTD.. I know, I must be hallucinating, but I can hope...

Preferred colors are silvers, then greys.

I hope getting to the end of the model year will work in my favor, with GS owners trading up for the new 2019 ES as their leases end. Fingers are crossed that I find something in the next 30 days, if not, there's always October.

The Accord than flew across me and impacted my left front. I hit her left rear, just behind the rear tire. A fraction of a second sooner and the driver might not still be around.

The Kia that followed the Accord and collided with my passenger side...

You know salesmen are going to be talking up the new 2019 ES, new tech, new styling, larger this, smarter that... the whole nine yards. If if buyers fall for it, that works in my favor.

After seeing how the GS kept you safe in that accident, i'd get another in a heartbeat as well...

Great price on a low mileage 2013 w/Lux pkg: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...6819/overview/

Here's a nice 2016 but a little above what you might wanna pay for it: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...1429/overview/

Glad you and your son are OK. I'd be buying another GS after that!

chinee - That's quite a mess. Glad that you and your son were not hurt. A vehicle can always be replaced. I hope your insurance agent is taking care of your needs.

Spending close to $2k for the triple led headlights(have yet to install)
Did the power folding mirror mod for my 2013
GSF aluminum paddle sifters
$1k for GS F tail lights
Added sound deader and closed cell foam to doors, under floor liner, under rear seat, and trunk.
Plan on wrapping my roof and all chrome trim gloss black
Plan on buying the 2019 Lexus ES 18" Noise reduction rims

I buy used car so I have money to spend on mods
Damn, that is definitely some customization you did. I think the Bamboo would look good on a black or saddle interior, I think I would prefer the Bamboo over the dark seeple wood in my Luxury with the black interior for some contrast. I would love a black suede or alcantara headliner for my interior but I don't want to pay for it or go through the trouble, even a flaxen suede headliner would look cool, not a fan of the light grey.

I echo this as well. Although in my previous post I posted about the GS450h, that color combo would eventually get on my nerves....that and the non-F-Sport do-dads...I'm like one of the posters above- I need to mod whatever I buy.

Geico has been good to me. With any accident, a loss is almost always expected... the question is how much. Surprisingly I only ended up losing less than $2K... less than $1K if you don't count the deductible.. so a lot better than I initially expected.

Absolutely! Another GS is at the top of my list. Always liked the LS460 though, But for 2014 LS money I could get a 2016 GS... not a hard decision to stay with the GS.

There's a red 2016 that's calling my name at my local dealer, but I'm not 100% in love with the color, I'd rather have one of the silvers first. And I do prefer a non FSport, I'm running away from the costly brakes and tires... So Florida roads and heat make for a very short lifespan.

... and to think... 3 months ago, I was 100% locked on to buying a 2018 Accord Sport 2.0T... but $32K OTD ?
