Default RSR springs vs BC coil overs

Does anyone have experience going from a RSR spring, or any lowering spring, to a BC coil over? What I'm wondering about is ride quality comparison. I'm considering going to BCs but if they ride anything like the RSRs I might as well not bother.

I've heard the ride is worse with BC, but you can compensate for it by upgrading the springs on the BC coils to swift springs to get a more OEM like ride

Is the Swift a stock replacement lowering spring then? So you can run the nut down and get more travel out of it with keeping a low height? I like my RSR super down height, but it's too damn stiff for a daily.

The Swift is a stock spring replacement just like the RSR.
