Does anyone on this forum know if changing the standard 10 way power seat for the 16 way f-sport seat or 18 way luxury seat is a direct swap?

I would like to know this as well. Looks like it should be as long as your GS is equipped with heated/ventilated seats option because rest of the mechanisms are in the seat itself.

I was just thinking about this very idea this past weekend after I took a 3hr road-trip...felt like the seats on my Premium GS felt a bit hard and remembered that a Lux 4GS came up for sale 3weeks after I bought my GS for just a couple grand more at my dealership with those awesome 18way adjustable front seats!

Any ideas about cost, where to purchase, fitment of the 18way Lux seats?

I've seen the lux seats as low as $350 on eBay or searching through junk yards Usually around $400-500 and they are usually Black.
Hard to find them in Flaxen.

Was trying to find out if anyone has done a direct swap, I think it would be plug and play, but not sure.

Same here had I waited another month to purchase a 450h came up locally with the lux package. My next car it will be a must.
