Pretty sure my 2018 RWD F-Sport does not have dual-pane glass. I don't think our 2015 RWD F-Sport does either but I can check a little later.
Here are two photos of my '18 driver window. Doesn't look like dual-pane to me but I could be wrong. Can someone verify? Markings on the glass say UVS Temperlite. Rear windows and rear windscreen say Nippon Safety UV. Windshield says Lamisafe. Paging LexsCTJill and SW17LS to decode, lol.
I just checked our 2015 F-Sport and it does in fact have dual-pane windows but on the front glass only. Rear windows are single-pane. Kind of bummed my 2018 F-Sport does not have any use of dual-panes. Our 2015 is totally bare-bones. All it has is the F-Sport Package and rear-wheel steering. No BSM + power folding mirrors, no Mark Levinson, no parking sensors, etc. 2018 is loaded with all options except the triple beams and rear-wheel steering.

Did you get the cold weather package with your 2018 F Sport?

Unfortunately, no, that's not the case. The parking sensors (Intuitive Park Assist) and the blind spot monitor with power folding mirrors are options that are available with but not part of the F Sport or Luxury packages.
I've come to the conclusion that the dual pane windows are random and not linked to any particular option. I can't find any pattern on which ones get them and which ones don't.

Mine does have this. Infact all nordic gs’s have this by default (heated windcsreen (viper area only), heated washers and heated chromatic mirrors, heated steering wheel, heated and cooled seats, upgraded batery).

I'm in Los Angeles. I'm under the impression that for this region all GS models are RWD and that option isn't available on RWD cars. Our 2015 & 2018 do not have the cold weather package.

No. For 2015, both were optional. Starting in 2016, Blind Spot Monitoring was made standard. Parking sensors remain optional.

It's looking like it! Do any members have a 2016+ with the dual panes?

I also have a 2015 F-Sport with BSM and IPA, it does have dual panes in the front, ill have to check in the back. I think my car was made in late 2014, last I checked

I don't think any GS models have rear dual pane windows. Only the front.
