I just got mine so I have no experience with the gs but it had many Toyota/Lexus vehicles and they ALL go a long way once the fuel light comes on. My rav4 I have gone 90 miles when the light came on and filled up and still had 1 gallon to empty. I carried a two-gallon gas can just to be safe.
I think this is a personal best for me and my 2013 GS 350 AWD. I'm at 304 miles with a range of 87 miles left and over 1/4 of a tank of gas.
I'm still trying to crack 400 miles on a tank and if I drove this to empty, I'm pretty sure I could do it.
I've never been quite that lucky. Seems the most I can ever get the range to show on my 2014 RWD - if I combine what I've driven with what the range shows - is a maximum of 385 (you are at 392 using my method, so I was close once!). Usually I am at 352, 363, or 372 though.
The last time I took the range down to single miles I was at 365 on the trip meter.
I just did a highway trip last night, got 440 km/275 miles out of half a tank (31.9 litres/ 8.5 gallons at fill up) i think this is pretty goood mpg although i use the cruise control and do 100 km/hr /62.5mph

Probably getting over 30mpg if cruisng at 65mph or less!
I cruised at 70mph recently and was getting 29.6 for about 60 miles right after fill up.

that is very good mileage but I do not know anyone who does 62.5mph on a long road trip hehe
Honestly im purposely driving a little slower to save gas, if i go a little faster the mpg increases dramatically after that point. So far this is the best speed to get the most efficient gas mileage on the highway that ive seen so far.

I drive the same speed, be it my 8MPG muscle car or my wife's HR-V, just shy of 80MPH.
