what tires would you recommend?

Are you looking for all season tires? winter tires?
Check this thread - https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...re-choice.html
With the luxury package you can skip over the comments about staggered wheels. It's a F-Sport thing. The comments about AWD and regular GS models will apply to the Luxury edition.
That said, you have a lot of choices. The recommendations on tirerack.com are another good place to start.
My OEM tires are still new, so I haven't had to make my own decision yet!

I'm also partial to the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus based on the reviews I've read here and elsewhere. Here's an example:

The dealer put on new Bridgestone Turanza EL400-02 tires as part of the CPO deal for my 2015 GS 350 F Sport AWD. I wasn't thrilled with them at first, they were harsh and noisy. They do seem to be getting better as I break them in. I'm going to see how they do this winter before I decide I pass judgement and possibly replace them. I'd like to get at least 3 years out of them. I'm also considering getting a separate set of rims with snow tires, that was the standard procedure on my BMW.

I just bought a '16 GS350 Luxury a few weeks ago with 4k miles. It has the Bridgestone summer tires. Given that I'll be driving in snow later this year, I have an appointment at Discount Tire on Friday to install the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus tires.

Are you going to switch tires with the seasons?

I have a '17 Lux GS and I replaced the Dunlops at 7,000 miles with the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus. I have a little over 10,000 on these and absolutely love them! I mean, unequivocally the best riding, handling, and quietest tire (combined) I have ever had on a sedan in 30 + years. Period.

I am having Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus tires installed tomorrow on my 16 GS Lux. I just bought my GS but it had the Bridgestone Potenza summer tires as it was a Florida car and I live in PA so I needed all season tires. I also upsized to 245/40/19. Got them for $195 shipped free and no tax from discount tire direct. They price matched Amazon as their price was $224 per tire. I had the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season on my ES but that was a completely different car with 215/55/17.

Very quiet tyre, good grip. This is a sister (winter oriented) tyre of Michelin Crossclimate+ (Kleber is Michelin's brand).
This is another good option if you don't mind higher wear/price ratio (kleber is a bit more quite though)
