My Lexus dealership can pick up your car if you are busy. Drop you off if you don't want a loaner and don't want to wait. Or can just give you a loaner. Great service!

I may have to inquire about this, would be great to exchange at my office.....I usually have to take an extended lunch to drive the 30 min to the dealer and back and then do it again the next day for pickup....or sacrifice an entire Saturday (which I'm not particularly interested in doing).

That's why you have a dash cam in the car. It keeps everyone honest!

Service at my local Acura dealer for my '09 SH-AWD TL and my wifes '08 TSX was superior to any service I've had elsewhere. I've been with my '14 GS 350 F Sport for just over a year and have been to the dealer at least 6 times for different things. They treated me well, but was much more impressed with Acura.

Dealers vary regardless of brand: they range from incredible to awful.

Best approach is to pick brands of higher quality that need the dealer less, so the quality of the dealer matters less.
