Talking Modellista lip arrived for my GS450H

Nothing like coming home to car parts. More fun now because I don’t know if the parts are for the Evo or the GS450H! Lol. Thanks to acnup00tl for a smooth transaction!

Keep it black, might look sick. I am biased towards black accents on a white exterior.

Quality is OEM! Aside from not being paint matched out the box, seems like something you get from the parts department at Toyota! It doesn't seem like the typical cheap FRP you get on ebay!

So because it came black, I tried it on the front and it didn't look right. but that could also be because it has a chrome trim that you are supposed to install that matches the chrome front outline of the GS grill. also the lip is pre sanded in some areas. on my white EVO I have carbon fiber front splitter, CF side extensions, and CF rear diffuser and it looks great because the entire bottom of the car has a dark (CF) look. not sure how it will pass on the lexus if I only have a dark lip in the front. I do know what you mean though. there are some cars at see at the EVO meets that have black lips or accents and it looks sick!

I really like the Modellista lip's chrome trim middle section. Are you planning to keep that middle section of the lip chrome?

Very nice car...

I'd probably need at least two of them - one for replacement within a week of installing the first one!

Thank you much! I definitely plan on keeping the chrome trim. It matches the chrome trim around the grill really well. The Modellista is so sick! I tried it on today to test fitment and it makes the front end look completely different!

Oh yes please paint match it, that doesn't look good, it looks like the older RX SUV.

That box they sent looks pretty beat up. I noticed the "Fragile" wording, but curious how they packed it inside the box. No damage to the lip in transit?

Sort of looks like a plow attachment. Personally not a fan of lip kits that go up too high on the car, gives that tacked on look. Reminds me of my 20's...

But on the other hand, the fitment is 100% way better than the HFP front lip was on my civic back in the day.

Is that a real turn signal on the side mirrors?
