I just measured mine:
Front 19s overall diameter with tire at cold 33psi: 25" as best as I could measure it
Ground to fender: 26.25"
Center of centercap to fender: 13.75"
Rear 19s overall diameter with tire at cold 35psi: 25" as best as I could measure it
Ground to fender: 26.5"
Center of centercap to fender: 14"

With my 20s at overall diameter 26 vs your 25 I would think they fill my wheel-wells more and close the tire-to-fender gap; but I guess not.
Your 26 height vs my 27 height makes sense though - because I should be 1/2 taller than you, and Im 1 taller (ground to fender).
I know in the truck world that if you haul some serious loads (I just did a few 1,500 lb trips in my Tundra) that the springs can perma-sag.
After unloading the last 1,500 lb load my truck was 1/2 lower on one side - enough to where you could tell.
The most weight my car has ever had in the back seat was a 35 lb 6 year old and a 50 lb 10 year old - then my wife at 130 lbs in front seat with me at 190 lbs.
My car is always completely empty - nothing in trunk ever. I use the Tundra for hauling anything and everything.
Lexus is just the car I drive on sunny days. Maybe I need to load the trunk/backseat with 700 lbs and drive around for a week :-) lol

I am running spacers on the rear but that has no effect on the drop. Was your suspension installed properly? The times I've seen high ride/uneven drop is when the suspension was not properly preloaded during the spring install. Do you know if yours was when the springs were put in?

I had a shop do it so I have no idea if it was pre loaded. I will probably take it out and do it myself this time around. Can you show what exactly you did? I was thinking of getting super downs until I saw your picture. Here's what mine looks like.. The rear is about 3 finger gap front is about 2
Basically you want to install the springs by simulating the full weight of the vehicle on the spring before all the bolts are tightened up to spec. If you just install the spring and tighten everything up without putting the weight of the vehicle on the suspension first, you'll get an uneven drop and unnecessary wear on suspension components.
