Can someone tell me when we need to do Fuel Injection Service ? I own 2014 Lexus GS 350 with 35K miles. When i went for 35K service to Dealer, they asked me to perform fuel injection service, which i kindly denied. They were asking about $230 for the same.

If you use Tier 1 gasoline of the recommended octane you will never need to have [so-called] 'Fuel Injection Service'.

Was this at your Lexus dealership's service department? I have never heard of Lexus trying to sell 'Fuel Injection Service'. What do they do for $230.00?

The 35,000 mile maintenance service is as follows:
❏ Inspect and adjust all fluid levels
❏ Reset maintenance reminder light
❏ Rotate tires (Applies to models with same size front and rear tires and wheels)
❏ Visually inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors
❏ Check installation of driver’s floor mat
❏ Road-test vehicle
Most people forego these 'in-between' maintenance services that do not require engine oil and filter replacement. As you can see the service is really inspections only.

I bet it's Longo...their service prices are insane. They have to up charge to paid for that gigantic wait room remodel they just got done. All you can eat cookies and sodas totally not worth it.

My dealership also tried to sell me this.
I think ALOT has to do with who the service advisor is. The one time I've ever tried to be up sold on services was a day.that my normal advisor was out sick. The guy I had to work with called me halfway thru the service and said we needed to do a throttle body cleaning and injector service as well as brake flush and wanted something like $700 for the total service..I had to remind him it was a 30k interval and the $300 brake flush service was included in the CPO service. Then declined the other stuff. He also recommended a differential flush which is equally unnecessary at 30k.
My normal service advisor always tells me the car looks immaculate inside and out and sends me on my way.
My dealership also charges 149 for wheel alignment only.

My tires are fine. Dealer installed new tires and brakes at 20K miles when i bought my car. Advisor told me that as it is already 15k miles driven on my car (after i bought it) it is good to do wheel alignment.

If I could get a job that paid 10% of what I save people with a pre-inspection and pre-advisement at the dealer's service advisor, I'd be able to retire last year!

It surely wouldn't hurt to have it done, but 15K miles is not a surefire litmus test that an alignment is needed. You simply just bumped up his monthly incentive payout.
