2015 GS350 -- I HAD to Buy It!
#17
So I caved -- I upgraded my 2011 ES350 with 70k to an L/Certified 2015 GS350 RWD with 44.5K. It happened to be a corporate lease return from Orange County and the lessee put a battery, four new Bridgestones on it and did the front brakes at 41K --- then they turned it back in! Gee thanks, guys, for that!
I know every time I get in the thing that I made the right call. What a beautiful and well-made car! Seeing how much I LOVE looking at all of you guys' cars, I figured I'd throw mine up for all to see!

Yeah I'm pretty happy with it! It definitely goes when I need it to! The around-town mileage is a little rough at like 17, but it does awesome on the freeway - like 29 or 30. I haven't found the gas that it seems to really enjoy, but that's a work in progress. I typically use Shell, but I've been doing Chevron of late. Any suggestions there?

I got the highest heat rejection ceramic film available so it wasn't cheap, but it does keep the interior MUCH cooler, and UV reflection is a must for protecting interior surfaces over a long time period, especially in South Florida.
Post some daylight pics... and Congrats again on your purchase!

15% all around is going to be pretty dark. I got mine done last month, 30% on the sides and 15% on the rear windshield and sunroof, and it's darker than I anticipated, almost too dark, but like everything else, I just got accustomed to it.

Talking about tint, do any of you guys have scratches on the top 1" of your front windows? Mine are all scratched to hell, I think because I have the double pane glass in the front making it tight when windows are rolled up and scratching the tint. The rears are fine.

I am sensitive to light so I can see through the tints fine. For many, there will be an adjustment period when driving in the early morning and late night hours. But once adjusted, it becomes second nature. Also, with every other car on the road having super bright LED head lights and all of them apparently not adjusted for the proper cut off (how do they pass inspection??!!), tints are a must. However, I did not tint the windshield, only a sunstrip on the top. Now that's asking to be pulled over. I think 50% on the windshield is good since I've driven in one that has it and you can't tell the difference.
