Default Trying to identify buzzing/pump type sound when car is off

Occasionally I walk into the garage and there is a buzzing pump type sound coming from the right rear underside of the car. It kind of sounds like it could be a fuel pump or maybe some other kind of air pump. The car is off and there are no keys near it. Does anyone know what that is? Has anyone experienced it? Thanks

I think it is the fuel system maintenance. Totally normal.
