Update: Got new multiplex body installed and all footwell lights are on again, also the rear left door is fine, but my rear right door is totally black, both near the doorhandles, the ambient light and the cour.light.

All other 3 doors are fine, all dooms fine, but ONLY that door is black out.

Super strange.... got any idea friends? Faulty box? (got original from Lexus)

Looking at the circuit it cant be any other things as I see it, no controller in the door or other stuff.

you may have to change the door computer but most likely i believe its an fault computer in the door cause if they multipex computer was bad the other door would have not work.

Open up the old computer and see inside. It's possible to just be a transistor or relay that needs replacing inside. If it's not potted(swimming under a layer of epoxy) it should be serviceable

I think I am gonna try to set in the old box again after getting it repaired (found the problem on the burned circuit). Could you guide me how to take the mpx box out from underneath the dash?

Fuses solely protect the wiring assembly, not the computers. It likely was a dead short which took out the output transistor...or something like that.
