I’m still waiting for the insurance to turn the report in they said it’d take 3-5 business days and with it happening on a Saturday night those days started today lol. My neck and shoulder is very sore and I have Head aches here and there but it should all wear off. Airbags did not deploy. The driver at fault was driving a Dodge Avenger didn’t do much damage to his car not sure how he’s feeling though.

Ditto. Your pain may disappear and you might never file a claim, but it’s a good idea to see a doctor today or ASAP, to preserve your right to a claim in the event you fneed to in the future. I did so on the advice of a lawyer in my workplace, even though I was surre the aches and pain would go away.

If if you wait, you don’t want the other side to claim that your pain was a result from something else, or your failure to seek medical assistance. Where money is involved, insurance companies’ lawyers can get awfully creative.

Man this sucks. I got a great deal on it too. I work at a dealership and it was my brother in laws car before.
