Hello everyone.
Although I did not recive any replies to my enquiry regarding where to find a fuse box for cig lighter, but I decided to post this thread since I believe some of users may encounter similar problems as I had.
Eventually after extensive search I located the fuse box related to the cigarette lighter socket situated in centre console by the ashtray (mine Lexus is UK version RHD of GS 450h 2007yr - i.e 3rd Generation).
One really need to squeeze well underneath the steering column and look directly above onto the "ceiling of the footwel to be able to see it. I found the fuse following the description on the cover of that bfuse-box.
Please note - it has to be new generation of fuses - with low profile. They are called "micro blade". you can get it on e-bay as being relatively new - not many shops store them.
Good luck if you encounter similar problems as I did.

Today I would like to ask if anyone knows the company where I can entrust my leather drivers upper part of the seat cushion.
It has a hole torn at the near bottom of it - probably inflicted by previous owner wearing perhaps quite thick wallet in his pocket.
I would appreciate if there would be any replies and hopefuly around London area. with any comments about their quality of service.
Thank you very much.

Thanks for expanding on our knowledge of RHD GS's, didn't want you to think we Yanks were not cooperative with
your plight but the OP didn't have the model year to let up begin to help. Is there an App such as "Yelp" in merry
England? That would be our first choice for finding a upholstery shop.

Yelp is an app that provides peer to peer consumer reviews on nearly every business. Snap a picture of
colorful food and write a restaurant review, get substandard service at a dealership and post for all to see.
There must be a analogous program for you, search the App Store/Play Store for listing of this type.
Merry Christmas!

Hello mcomer.
Many thanks for the explanation. Now I have learned something. Thank you.
I am not so familiar with all this apps, but it is an idea I would explore more. It appears very useful.

OP what we're trying to say is - we didn't know that there were GS sold in the UK! Use google to find a repairer or join a forum based in the UK for recommendations, doesn't even need to be a Lexus one.
You and I must have the only RHD GSs on the forum

Hello Cwang.
Thank you for your reply.
I followed the earlier post from "mcomer" and indeed - I found that there is an apps caled "Yelp" available in GB. I did not know this before. It appears to be quite useful in many ways (thanks "mcomer" again).
Eventually I found couple of local workshop on the net and right after the Xmas I intend to visit them and try to find out whether it is viable for me to entrust the job for them, or buy the whole seat or perhaps the set.
This might work cheaper and less cumbersome for me.
By the way - mine 450h is 2007 yr.
Thank you very much anyway.
