Ac problem !! Any help plz

Hi everybody,
i have a lexus gs350 fsport 2015, yesterday all of a sudden the ac on passenger side is blowing hot air even though i put it to low, its still blowing hot air, while on the driver side its blowing air depending on the temperature i set !!
so weired i tried to look in the forum for any one who had same issue but it seems not.
please if anyone have an idea on how to reset it or anything to help solve the issue.

Is it out of warranty, I imagine?
You can try disconnecting the negative terminal and letting it sit for an hour, then reconnecting. This should reset everything.
I used to to do this often on my BMWs when the electrical was giving me problems. Usually once or twice a year. Worked like a charm.

If you've been getting the car serviced at Lexus, take it in. I'd be very surprised if they didn't fix it for free, these actuators aren't supposed to fail for 15 years.

Obviously you need to have the dealer or an independent shop take a look.
My broad guess is that the system either has a solenoid failure that controls the maintenance of different temps in dual systems, or has a leak in the system which creates that situation.
Dual systems can be sensitive especially if one person is running 68 and the other 78.

thankfully i didnt have to take for agency as they charge around 50 dollars just to take a look.
