My 2014 GS350 F Sport’s power folding side mirror on the driver’s side folds in slightly faster than my passenger side. Does anyone’s car do the same? I asked the technician from the dealership about it and they said that the mirrors are just like that. Want to make sure they’re not just saying that, so want to confirm with others who have the same car. Thanks!

it doesn't matter to me since the mirrors only fold when I lock/unlock the car. Since I use the door handles you only see one side folding not both at the same time.

It's normal for the power-folding mirrors to finish folding in at different times. This is common across many automakers.
The reason is as follows: The exterior mirrors are NOT identically positioned to one another. The power folding motors operate at the same RPM. One mirror has more distance to travel than the other. This is why they don't finish at the same time. (hehe)
For the exterior mirrors to be positioned exactly the same, the driver's seat would need to be in the exact middle of the car but it's not, it's offset to one side of the car. The different mirror positions accommodate this.
@Cwang , my mirrors fold-in near silently. I've had an RX loaner that had very loud mirror-folding-motors.
