The absolute best tire wear and gas mileage comes from tires that roll straight ahead and vertical. We have a smidge of toe because the bushings give a bit and the tires straighten out under way. Camber is only good in a turn and that should be provided by the suspension. Compression on the outside tires and positive caster for the front should provide camber gain in a curve.
