i had this vibration (like trouble shifting up - hitting a limit), in my transmission. The fluid had not been changed before, and i was at 60k. I first got the dealership to do a drain a fill (as they would NOT do a flush). Initially it solved it, but after about a day of driving it just came back. I then went to a guy who does a full transmission flush change, and got him to do a flush transmisison oil change; i used the world standard (WS) fluid. I now have not seen that issue in close to a year, and the transmission shift smooth. He say however, when i come back to him (if i do) at 100k, he would have to use more fluid as he will be doing it once....driving a bit, and then doing it again to make sure no particulate matter is stuck anywhere. He offered alternative to drop the pan and change the filter and clean magnets next time.
