Replacing Network Gateway ECU (fix battery drain)

Is this ECU an issue with all the models or just 2013 - 2014 models? I don't drive my 2015 that much and replaced the battery from the factory original in April 2019. I usually pull it out of the garage every 3-4 days so I can get my lawn mower out. That short "in and out of the garage" isn't sufficient enough to maintain a good charge from the alternator of course. I never had any issues with any draining of the 5 month old battery until today.
Got in and it was deader than a door nail. I checked the voltage with my trusty Fluke and it was reading so low I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
I hooked up my battery charger and charged it up for about 30 mins. It started right up. Thinking the battery was faulty, I took it back to the parts store and they load tested it 3 different times and it wasn't dropping hardly at all or not enough to show it was low or discharging using the battery testing device when sitting or under a load. I told the clerk that I didn't want this battery and give me a new one. Long story short, we swapped it out for a brand new one and have the 3 year warranty once again without any prorated nonsense.
Nothing is ever left on inside the vehicle. No lights stuck on, trunk light off, don't have a under hood light, no glove box light, seat (door) controls not stuck on, or anything else I've read that could be the culprit.
I do leave my LED's on the headlight control switch on when the vehicles turned off. If this is the issue, is it reasonable to say it took from April until Sept for this to drain it completely when I started it 3 days ago to get the mower out and didn't have any issues then?
I have driven the car for long distances periodically and the most recent was 100 miles just 3 weeks ago. Never any issues in between trips and still left the LED light switch in the on position but no lights were on of course.
I have a battery maintainer I can hook up to it since I don't drive it much. I just hate to think when I go on a trip with it, if I'm going to encounter this out of the blue again IF I keep the LED drive light switch in the OFF position from here on out. I checked the voltage a few minutes ago (not running) and it was 12.76. I have the light switch off and will recheck later today to see if any major amount of drain has occurred to possibly rule out my laziness by not turning the LED drive light switch to the off position.
What the normal drain amount is for this 2015 is beyond me. One of my older vehicles an 05 Ford 4x4 Lariat sits for months and months (not good) not even started and it fires right up when called upon. I'm sure the electronics on the truck don't even compare to the Lexus.
Any ideas would be great on this issue and I'll report back on what the voltage was when I recheck it (not started and when running) to make sure the alternator is pumping out the juice as well. I'll do this in about 9-10 hours from this posting.
Thanks so much.

Wherever you can find it. New or used doesn't matter, just make sure the part number is: 89100-30181
We have some members replace their with a used ones from eBay, and that fixed the problem.
I've seen them pop up on eBay for $45.
New is about $100:

Ill be replacing mine next week due to a draining battery. My part number 89100-30100 is different from the TSB but Im still replacing.
My draw test fluctuates between 20 and 70 milliamps, has anyone else had this? I hopefully can assume an average of 50.

The TSB only says to replace if the part number is 89100-30180. Ive fit the new one and am monitoring.
At the moment the car takes around 40 minutes to fully go into sleep mode, then I have a current draw that fluctuates on the Klein multi meter of between 0.02 and 0.09A.
