I had Megan Racing lower spring on my F sport. I didn't notice untill months later that on the front passenger side is lower then the front driver side about 1 inch ! My question is, is that causing the alignment to be off. Cause i noticed my car been pulling slightly to the right. Steering wheel if off a liltte to the right too.
Any suggestions or any one has any problem just like im having ?
Thanks

did the springs settle yet? also I dont have experience with megan springs but the coils were fine for me when I had them. one thing to account for also when your sitting in the car the driver side will lower slightly. another thing to look at is the spring clocked in the right seating position

Yes, a height difference will impact alignment angles. I will put in a second vote for putting your suspension back to stock, or getting some better quality springs, as you probably will not be able to solve the problem without it. Sounds like the quality control is lacking--that's a big difference in ride height.

difference in ride height will cause a difference in alignment yes.
you did get an alignment after lowering right (after the springs settle of course)?
what I suspect is that the springs are either installed incorrectly, or the bushings on the rest of the suspension were not preloaded evenly after installation.
lots of driveway mechanics (myself included one time) are not aware of the need to change the preload on the bushings after altering ride height.
forgetting to do so will cause premature bushing fatigue but most will not see a problem until years go by (7-10yrs). it can cause uneven ride height!
here is a thread from the IS forums on this subject (they call it bushing reset) and it's stickied for good reason:
