Default Gas mileage

So I've noticed for about the last month or so with the winter the gas prices seem to be down, with about 50kms left in the tank it cost me about $65 Canadian to fill up however i only get about 400kms from a full tank. A couple months ago when it was warmer i would get 480kms but the gas prices would be more expensive. It is possible that the car was just reading wrong (since about a month ago i think the battery was reset by the dealership) it is also possible that this is just normal (i've never had a car until this one that actually read the "estimated distance per tank" so i never really noticed ). This all city kms and even when i drive aggressive i rarely have this much of a difference. So i have to ask is this something normal or is something up. I also have to ask what mileage do you guys usually get?

Just curious and I know I've been posting a lot so forgive me if its been a nuisance

Gas stations put in special chemicals to make it burn better in cold weather. This results in lower mileage and less efficiency.
This is normal.

Yep..... 13 MPG . With Direct injection AND port injection on the same motor .... not the best MPG in town. The ES 350 only has port injection. and was a Lot less fun to drive.

Pay more for California fuel and the added bonus is ... crappy gas mileage.

It is perfectly normal for mpg to decrease in winter, regardless of fuel (even if you have summer gas in your tank, it will be lower mpg).

You are burning alot more fuel to warm up the engine. You are also making more power, because the air is denser, it requires more fuel to make the proper air/fuel ratio.

I see typically 10-15% worse mileage in the winter. 25% worse if you are driving thru snow. Using A/C also reduces MPG by about 5-10%.

I'm having a blast! My GS 350 is so much more fun to drive than the very short lived ES 350 . The ES was boring , It also had very bad torque steer. No more front wheel drive cars. Love my GS.
