Say what you will but facelifted GS is mad tight. If you happen to be in EU brand new 18MY is heavily discounted while slightly used ones are pretty much on firesale. 17MY GS300h with 5K miles go for as much as 35K while Luxury line with Premium LED and 25K miles go for the same price pretty much. Insane deals right now on GS.

I hate buying cars this time of year for this very reason. Even when the snow is gone the roads will be all filthy, ugh

Indeed. I don’t think the GS will be leaving the garage for several more days. I was super impressed with the Highlander this morning. So many FWD cars stuck, spinning for traction on the hills. The Highlander handled it with ease.
Because snow is a rare event around here, almost no one has winter tires. We use all-seasons.

Living in a place that regulates snow rated tires 5 months of the year, my GS goes out in everything. It doesn't have great ground clearance but is excellent in the snow, even when the front bumper is plowing it. I have driven past plenty of SUVs with better ground clearance just bogged down and stuck too many times to count. We have an F150 if it gets stupid deep (and just sold our old 3/4 ton Yukon XL aka Suburban which was the ultimate deep snow vehicle), but the GS balance handles moderate snow sooo much better than either of them.
