Things You Don't Like On Your GS

Not having a digital speedometer is probably my least favorite thing.. although it’s probably a good
thing judging by how bad the infotainment is and how outdated it would look. But a lot of other cars had it at the time and turned out fine
No sun glasses holder or folding back seats is weird.
Wish it had at least 340 hp or a more affordable V8 option like the previous generation.

A few things I hate. Reminded every time I drive it.
The Steering wheel seems to big around.
The Seats sit up way too far, feels like I'm in a Old Caddy.
That soft Pleather they put around the door closing handle and door covering part that wrinkles.
How far down the inside trunk release button is.
How fast the Wheels get dirty with the stock Brake pads. On the Lux version you have like 22 spoke holes on each wheel to really clean.
My HUD Control buttons and Trip Odometer buttons are hidden behind the turn signal stalk and steering wheel from view.
The tiny radio volume and tuning buttons.
The center console cup holder door does not close flat even with the back console and there a Gap up.
Yes and that stupid armrest cover that slides back gaped and lifts up funny.
Yes that they cheaped out on the 460 V8 I had before that made the car so much smoother with little effort. They put the same 3.5 V6 engine in that the Camry has now that stock the Camry and ES350 can beat the GS with.
Hated the noise generator intake that made noise and the car was not really going that fast. It's gone thank goodness now!
The stock rear Diffuser that you can't replace for less than $1200 - $4500.
Well it is a "things you don't like thread". I still love my GS350 thought!

Steering wheel is definitely too big. There is a reason the GS-F has the wheel from the IS/RC.
No folding rear seat, split or otherwise. The IS has it and it’s great.
AWD reverse rake. There is no reason for my car to have more front ground clearance than a Cadillac XT6. I’d lower it but my car has an L Certified warranty so I want to wait out my next shock replacement or the warranty before I lower it. Hopefully by then I can get a sweet set of JDM wheels for the car too.
No Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Someday I’ll get around to installing a Carlinkit, but I really don’t want spend 400 bucks and tear apart my interior just to find out it’s not as seamless as I was hoping.
These are minor complaints. Frankly, I love this thing, even if the sunroof rails do pop a bit when the chassis flexes. That is an idiosyncrasy of my personal car though.

1.
Its slow. It’s only a GS250 as we didn’t get GS350 in Sweden.
So it’s really slow.
2. No folding rear seat
3. No easy way to program TPMS. Seriously Lexus, this is a ****ing joke. For us who runs double set of wheels due to snow we have to REPROGRAM every single time we change wheels instead of just having the car search up all the TPMS and you’re good to go just like ANY OTHER vehicle.
So no, I’m not doing that this I’m running with the yellow tire light on all the time in my winter wheels.

I have no complaints with the 4GS - other than it being discontinued
the only one feature I’m not sure if it’s work or not is that Infra Red eye detector above the steering wheel. Has anyone seen it working or is there any way to test it?
