Cant you buy a extended Lexus service contract up to 150K? I know they use to go to 150k as a option. Don't know if they still do?

Service contract - not warranty? I'm unaware of a Lexus service contract that goes to 150K miles. What would such a contract provide? I presume all the recommended services through 150K miles. I would think that such a contract would be exorbitantly expensive, and if paid for upfront, in most cases it would likely never be used by the majority of owners beyond the typical 3-5 year ownership time period.
