3. Does it really matter? If you don't like it, just take it off. Everyone's sensitivity is different to know for sure.
4. Yes, there is drone because you'd be removing a set of cats that muffle sound from getting into the cabin. Tone remains low and I would say no go on indoor voices since at cruising levels with low rpm is when the humming is alive and well.

if you really want noise on demand get the takeda intake. normal under 4k but when you step on it and get it past 4k its a great sound
