Turns out I need 5 mm spacers in the front, 3mm clears the caliper but just barely.

The 5mm spacers come with extended studs so I'm getting them swapped out to stay on the safe side.

Not sure if you are aware but the lux GS350 with the 19" wheels are also noise reduction. My '16 has them. Shown in my signature picture.

Yeah I know I wanted to keep the 18's to use the same tires/ sightly better ride comfort than 19's. Also I liked the shape of the 2019 ES Rims.

Good to know! Didn't think any wheels offered for the 4GS had that tech.

But not the GS350 Luxury with 18" wheels? That's what I have and would be cool if they were the NR.

Where is this documented? I can only find info on the LS and ES having these "noise reduced" wheels.

Just google 2019 lexus es brochure and scroll down to the wheel section. The pic in my first post is from the brochure.

I think they're asking where it's documented that the GS Luxury has noise reduction wheels.

I have seen it somewhere but it's not stated in the 2016+ GS brochure, like they do for the ES.

Here is the document for the GS noise reduction wheels posted here:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...l#post10039252

It's really odd that they don't advertise them as noise reduction wheels in the brochure.

See the third page in the attached document.

That's dated 2016. Wonder if the 2013s had them or if it was a refresh item.

I think only 2016+ had them as an option, but this is the only document that refers to them as noise reduction wheels.

I just had 5MM H&R spacers installed with extended studs on the front, now perfect caliper clearance, and safer. So if anyone else gets these rims this is what you need. The spacers/studs were $60 and my tire shop only charged me $233, two hours labor to replace the 10 studs and install the spacer/tire. This required taking the front caliper and rotors off.

Decided to change up my rims.

Getting the factory lux 18" rims with PVD Black Chrome Finish. I'll have a set of 4 in 2-3 weeks, ordered today. PVD Black Chrome looks so sick. The color changes based on lighting, can go from gunmetal, to dark blue to Black. So much better than a straight gloss black wheel. I can also finally say goodbye to the 5mm spacers up front.
