I found a nice blue 2016 GS350 F sport with all options that I like. It has been on the market since December 2018 and the seller is asking $33,500. He did ask around $35k but started to lower the selling price. I checked Lexus owner site and it needs some works with brakes around 20k miles then it got sold. Should I worry about it? Important question, how much should I pay for this car?

That price needs to come down more. I would checkout the car and find out what else is wrong with it. Should be a reason it hasn't sold yet. Don't be afraid to give an offer and walk away. They will call you back. Should be primed for another cut in price sitting this long.

Your better off hiring a member here to check it out for you.

When I bought my car, I negotiated over the phone, had the salesman send me pictures from his cell phone, checked carfax, checked vin, then just flew out there with a certified check, and inspected it myself. If it didn't work out I would have flown back home. The dealer picked me up from the airport. Thankfully it all worked out.

This photo from the post shows the front driver side brakes and something sure looks off about it to me. Looks like tires are in the very near future also....
