I recently replace my front driver door actuator due to failure of locking and unlocking on my 13 GS 350. Now I can only unlock all doors from handles and fob, but unable to lock from any of the four handles except from fob. Any suggestion anyone. Thanx

I brought the actuator on ebay, and it is a refurb with lifetime warrantee. It is made by AINSI. eveything is connected correctly, like i mentioned i can unlock from the handle. i think if it was the fuse i would not be able to unlock from the handle. The lowering all windows from FOB that i setup stop working as well. I started to wonder if this is a programming issue. Not that i will find anything, i will run diagnostic on my GS to see if it will come up with anything or maybe disconnect and reconnect battery.
Thanks all

The issue you are detailing sounds like a key rod alignment problem that can be corrected 99% of the time. The problem relates to the circular gear in the bottom corner of the actuator with the cross notches in it. There is a rod with a cross end coming from your door key system that needs to align and fit into this gear on the actuator. Try a quick troubleshooting method to see if you can get this corrected. Usually during installation I have to remove the 3 torx screws on the latch. Holding the actuator in one hand I insert the key into the lock and rotate back and forth a few times. When it seats you will hear a click. Other times I have to remove the connecting rod to get it to align properly.
Here is a good instructional video detailing swapping a door lock actuator.
At the 12:00 time mark the installer is having trouble connecting that rod so he has to pull the rod out and shows how to realign it.
When the "Status Sensor" is out of alignment in the actuator it will not allow you to lock using the handle or use your FOB controlled window system.

I knew I brought my actuator at the right place, ActuatorPlus to the rescue. I will definitely go back to try to realign rod. I did not realize that the rod needed to be align, I only make sure it went in to the hole of the actuator so the handle can unlatch to open . will i have to take the entire panel apart again to fix it, or can it be align by removing the top screw to the handle to solve the issue. I do forgot to mention it is is from all the door handle sensors that i am unable to lock the doors if that make a difference.

No, you shouldn't have to remove the entire door panel again, just the lock cylinder. You may have to "re-center" the circular gear on the actuator. Just take a wide flat head screwdriver and insert into the gear on the actuator. Rotate all the way clockwise, rotate all the way counterclockwise (you will hear/feel it click). You want to leave the gear in the middle between the two. Install your keylock system. Insert your key and rotate back and forth. You should hear/feel the same click as it locks/unlocks.
Let me know how it goes. If you are still having issues let me know and I'll send another unit out to help troubleshoot.

Hello again, I finally had a chance to take the lock cylinder off to my 4th gen GS350, and realign it in the actuator. It only took me about fifteen minutes the most to fix it. I can finally lock my gs door again just by touching the handle. Thanks to actuatorplus, clublexus. Keep up the good work.

I can personally vouch for https://www.oemvehicleparts.com/ . The owner is a great guy and always willing to help. I have purchased from them several times and their prices are extremely competitive.
