UPDATE: reviving this old thread to list new p/n for OEM pads that finally have gotten rid of my squealing problem. This is just FYI for those who is interested for aftermarket drilled/slotted rotors that will work with 2013-2019 F Sport RWD only.
Front Drilled/Slotted Rotors (25.8lbs):
SPA-651.44204 (left)
SPA-651.44205 (right)
Rear Drilled/Slotted Rotors (14.3lbs):
STT-127.44189L
STT-127.44189R
OEM Toyota Pad and shim kit (front) DO NOT USE ANY AFTERMARKET PAD FOR FRONT, WILL SQUEAL VERY BADLY
Pads Set 04465-30540
Shim Kit 04945-30340
Centric Ceramic pad (rear) I choose these pad for low dust. Any pads should work without squeals.

Great thread, thanks for the update. Just so I'm clear, The Stoptech rotors and OEM pads had no squeal after bedding procedure?

Yes that looks to be the case. There is a chance of slight squeak when pulling out of garage in the morning but it should go away as soon as you start driving. I'll continue to update this thread if I find any squealing.
Update: pulling out of garage this morning, no squeak. If I slammed on brakes, slight audible squealing.

As I remember it, StopTech didn't actually make any front rotors for our GS. Those p/n I listed are blanks from their manufacturer in China. BuyBrakes.com got the blanks for me and drilled and slotted them to match the rears.

@bob256k Search this thread, I've posted a bunch of pictures of the rotors.
To all, I'd hold off purchasing any aftermarket rotors until more testing is done. I just got these new pads/shims installed, so far it's good. But you never know. I need to put on more miles. As I don't drive my GS very often, it may take months for me to rack up 1000 miles. Will keep y'all updated.

UPDATE: after several days of car sitting in garage, I drove it around lunch time today for several miles. Bad news, the squealing has come back.

This kind of solidifies that you really need to resurface the rotors (particularly after using ceramic pads?) before installing these pads. I'm almost at 1500 miles on them, and have zero noise so far.

Well I'm getting inconsistent results. I warmed up the brakes today to point where I can smell them burning a bit, then no squealing. If I don't warm them up, slight squeak is present during braking from 5-0mph until they're up in temperature. Let's just say these OEM definitely are less prone to squealing once warm up. More testing needed...

Update: wash car yesterday, left in garage overnight. Pull out in morning, no squeal. Went for 15 mins aggressive drive to warm up brakes. If I brake normally, no squealing. If late braking, tiny squeak. Inaudible with windows up. Pretty sure if I continue to bedding in new pads, squealing will be gone for good.
Side note: S+, manual paddle shift. Damn sweet down shift throttle blips from 3-2 is music to my ears with the JoeZ singing. Flew by cop at 50mph in tunnel in 3rd gear. Thank God he's on official business and didn't pull me over 😅
