Default Can I just go to the dealership and order from them? Is it even possible?

I am interested in the triple beam from a cosmetic view not sure how it will actually affect night time visibility.

I have had both lights and the led has better light output, not to mention better visibility around corners because the lights turn.

if you don’t plug 23&24, your lights will not work properly-they need CAN to be operated, not direct current input as in the old headlights. see my previous posts. Headlight ECM is controlling all LEDs voltage.

That's weird. The OEM triple beam lights on my GS never turned side to side. They had the auto leveling stuff, and that was it.

My new 16+ triple beams do not turn sides as well. Andrew (Russian guy) says, that new triple beams have corner lighting but not mechanical (like 13-15 LEDs): it does it with additional LEDs trip lighting. However, again, I did not notice that.
Triplebeams with AHS have corner lighting, for sure (you can see this on Andrew's video here https://www.drive2.ru/l/534654297632145901/
Maybe, that's the regional specs? Does anyone have proofs that European triple beams without AHS have corner lighting?

GS450h and Lux GSs have additional wiring from AFS ECU to side swivel motors in the headlights. Other GSs lack it.

It seems to me that in my case my triple beams that are without AHS have no side swivel motors, or that is headlight ECU lack of functionality..

I would suggest 18 gauge for power wires and 22+ for the rest of wiring

Yes you can if you order them. You'd better have deep pockets and be prepared for the price.

Just for ****s and giggles I went to my local Lexus dealership and I was quoted $3,452 for each triple beam assembly light. That price didn't even include all the other components like washers, mounts, screws, fender parts, etc.. No thanks.
