You can find him over at the RX forum. He got a 2017 RX350 awhile back. Hope he will still visit us here. The guy is invaluable to our GS community.

Oh no @bclexus! Don't you dare think I left the GS behind, lol. I am actively looking to purchase another GS. If anyone knows postings for a good GS, feel free to share. I was thinking about waiting until the summer event or possibly until the next winter sale. Thanks to @shurik74 for finding this link; you can see the aftermath of my GS : https://www.iaai.com/Vehicle?itemID=31272728.
As @jdpdata mentioned, I did buy a 2017 RX350 AWD F- Sport in ultrawhite/black (picture below). Have not done any work to it but plan on adding the heads-up display, 360 degree surround view monitor, and obviously tinting and de-chroming. The cargo space, interior, ride quality, all of that is exactly what you would expect from a Lexus but the driving dynamics are utterly different and the adjustment is a bit difficult to swallow. However, considering that comparing the GS to ES is apples and oranges, comparing it to the RX is totally irrelevant. All I can say is that I miss going around turns and not having to worry about the vehicle flipping over lol. The SUV has its place but I like the aggressiveness and styleof the GS.
Looking forward to joining the GS forums again!

I think Samrac is going to buy it and rebuilt with Salvage title. Sell all your cars and get a 2019 GS...pimp it out.

Don't spend so much time on the RX forum that you are a stranger here.

Bro, I'm very glad you walked away from that crash unscathed, those crash pictures look horrific! Seeing her laying there in the snow covered grave yard of death for vehicles makes me want to

@eddie420 : Sorry to hear about your GS but glad that you're OK. Also good to know that the GS is not only a great enthusiast car, but also has kept folks safe in an accident. I know we are in the northeast but would you ever consider a lightly used GS F like these:

@jdpdata Thanks brother, appreciate the love! I did look at a 2019 GS and still am interested. When I had some of the 2018 loaners, they felt cheap/plastic-y compared to the 2015 I had. I am going to go to the dealership and just drive around a few times in the 2019 before committing.
@peasodos Carry the torch my friend! I see you are busy with the luxury seats also, that's awesome. Anything come from the ion generator?
@bclexus I feel like an outsider in the RX forums. I crawl to the GS forms to feel at home.
@richard203 You have got my attention. Can you send me a youtube link on how it works?
@AJLex19 Good engineering on the car. First time I got hit and the air bags deployed, everything was great. No injuries. 5 minutes with Lexus SOS and BAM. Rear ended by a presumably speeding Lexus ES. This time, no air bags since they were already deployed on the first hit. Felt the pain immediately in my body but the cabin stayed in tact. Thank God I had my seat belt still on, felt like I was flying through the air. I must have traveled quite some distance from that hit. Told SOS that I'm not staying another minute in this car and pushed the door open, helped the guys who rear ended me, and got us all behind the guard rail. Few minutes later a box truck tried to avoid hitting the other Lexus, ended up hitting an 18 wheeler in the next lane but got overpowered and BAM , ended up hitting the rear of my car and slammed it in the guard rail again and spun out. All in all, an interesting morning drive. Of course everyone in the police report lied to cover their rear ends but Lexus Response Center gave me a timestamped log of what their system recorded. Currently waiting on a formal document from them so I can send it to the state police to have the report amended. Oh, and yes, I would have considered the GSF if I had not purchased the RX. At this point, if I decided to spoil myself and went with the GSF, it would have to be 2017+ and in ultrawhite exterior; I just love that color on a car.

@eddie420 dang bro, that accident sounds horrific. Your poor GS had a tragic death. I've been rear-ended several times when I was commuting to work, it's not fun. So SOS came on right away after the accident? Did you have to be a subscriber for this to work? Not that I'm planning to subscribe and plan to have an accident in my GS anytime soon..knock on wood! Definitely look for 2017+ GSF if you're planning to go that way. I hear MY16 GSF suspension is very stiff as it didn't come with AVS. That's going to be killer for your back in the North East horrible roads. Good luck with whichever way you go. Glad you're still around here in this forum and on Earth .
