Default Did no one get the mark Levinson option?

I am looking at the 13 to 15 gs 350 and no one seems to spec the cars with Mark Levinson for some reason?

@Hifiman1 : Very hard to find what you are looking for! Lux packages are very rare - and they weren't all equipped with Mark Levinson. I think its more likely you find an F-Sport with Mark Levinson...or you open your search up to include '13 and '14 GS Lux Package cars.

Also, you might have to get an out-of state car if you want a '15 with mark levinson which many members have done to get exactly what they want. Here's a few:

Good luck!

I'd like to listen to a non ML in a GS. My standard radio in my 14 RX sounds better to me. I'm just not impressed with mine in my 18,of course everyones opinion varies on this.

With the ML you can pick up on different sounds and the bass is cleaner however you need to crank up the volume to really enjoy the ML. I like the sound of my pipes better.

ML was one of the things I wanted as I was looking for my GS. I was only looking at '14 and '15 years since '13 didn't offer the 8 speed transmission. For some reason I saw many more cars cars with ML on the west coast so I find it ironic you're having trouble. I'm from DC and searching a 500 mile radius I only found 2 cars that had. I ended up flying to Indiana to get mine. Keep on looking locally or widen your search radius.

Audio is definitely very subjective and good sound means different things to different people. ML produces a very crisp sound. It has ample bass but it won't satisfy a bass head. If you want clarity at higher volumes and great sound balance then you'll be happy with ML.

My 2013 Lux has ML, and I love it. It's not for loud; it's more for clarity.

I put a 2014 head unit in it to get siri eyes free, so I no longer have the logo, but the amp is still there. (The head units are identical but for the decal.)

Both of my GSs have had ML. My IS did not, and I really regretted it as I was supremely disappointed in the base system in the IS, so when I got the first GS I made sure to get ML, and my current one has it as well.

To me, it's a very subtle system. It's not so much what it does, but what it doesn't do. It's not loud and in your face. After time, you realize that the glory in it is what you don't hear - distortion, too much base, etc. It's just a good, clean and clear system. At least, that's my take.

Sometimes with used GSes you have to go looking out of region to find one with the stuff you want in it. Up here in MA at the time in 2017 nobody had any 14 or 15 CPO Fsports with ML and cab, so I had to basically go to NJ to find my car....

IMHO it sounds much better once you fix the rattling switch bank issue on the drivers side, turn off surround/dsp and move the center of the sound balance a few notches back so the horizontal line is behind the front seats... .

Well it should be interesting to see how it compares to my $3500 aftermarket system in my daily driver. If it's really worse, I'd just rip out the ml system and do a full upgrade in a few years.

It probably won't. It's not bad, but if you really dropped 3500 into a system that's going to be a tough act to follow on a stock stereo..... even an ML.

Likewise. The ML in my '12 F sport is incredibly dynamic. What's more amazing is that the car doesn't buzz or vibrate around it, even when volume is over 50
