Default Rubber parts and seals maintenance

Hi guys, What do you use to maintain the rubber parts like the drive axle boot/rubber suspension parts and other rubber seals so they don't crack when the rubber gets old?
I want my GS to last as long as possible. Some people here recommended Honda Genuine Shin-Etsu Grease. Is there an easier to use spray availble or is Honda Genuine Shin-Etsu Grease the best thing to use?

Silicone Di-Electric grease. It can be obtained at any auto parts store and is recommended by most auto manufacturers. I've used it for years on my cars to keep weatherstrip maintained.
