My app suite won't display on my 18 GS. Any idea how to revive it? My bluetooth is on with my IPhone and it won't display the apps, it just says to reorder which doesn't do anything.

None of those apps. show on the screen. My 14 RX shows them and also gets XM Weather and I'm not subscribed to Sirius XM. I"ll call a tech. specialist today I guess.

Try unpairing the Bluetooth and uninstalling the app from ur phone and redownload the Enform app again, not the 2.0.

Basically do a brand new setup and I think they should come back. Don't forget to restart the car after unpairing and before setting it up again.

Finally got it, had to download the app suite to my phone. This tech stuff is beyond me.

I used to use Enform daily, as I always listened to Pandora through it. Now that Pandora is gone, I don't use the app anymore. I tried Slacker but I can never get it to work well, consistently, so now I just stream Pandora through the app on my phone and don't bother with Enform.

What's the point of this app? It seems like they are only removing things from it. I would love to have a true Spotify integration for example.

Samsies, I went to do something in my GS the other day and realized I never signed into Enform (got the GS in August). Realized that after pandora I had never had a need for it after that.

I recently purchased a 2020 GS350 sport and the dealer told me I had the Enform (1.0) App Suite capability. When I tried to set up the app on my iPhone I get an error message. The Lexus app suite option shows on my nav screen. The dealer says I absolutely has access but after they suggested I call the hotline, I was told my VIN does not.

Does this make any sense?

I had a 2016 GS which has the same software as your 2020 there's two versions the one you want is called Lexus enform App Suite now there's a newer one call Lexus enform App Suite 2.0 that's for the new infotainment systems that 2020 GS does not support the new app. Suite 2.0 he may have told you that to get the sale go to your iPhone go to the App Store download Lexus enform App Suite without the 2.0
