Bluetooth call option not working

Bluetooth call option not working
For some reason my call option no longer works...doesn't even ight up. Tells me to use phone or restart voice recognition. All other options work. Can make call using phone and car will pick it up after it goes through. Have tried deleting and re pairing phone.

I have pretty much this same issue, I have to go to the recent call list and manually chose who to call, voice recognition just won’t acknowledge me with the exception of telling it to cancel. Were you able to find a solution ? I’ve deleted the phone, re-installed it, re-did the voice recognition and hit the default settings but no luck !
